Halo Pin Protector

Riverside Products has expanded our pin protector line-up with our Halo pin protector. The Halo pin protector design offers several advantages over the traditional lug design;

• The Halo is designed with four recessed lifting locations, allowing for longer wear life while still providing an easy to access lifting location improving removal efficiency and safety.
• Halo pin protectors have been proven to wear more evenly in the field when compared to the traditional "lug" design.  The Halos will wear in a circular or egg shaped pattern rather than the tradition "D" shape many pin protector exhibit, leaving you with less throw away weight at then end of the pin protectors life.
• We have one customer who has seen a significant reduction in wire being wound around the rotor after switching to the Halo pin protector.  The customer had noticed the "lug" design pin protectors he had ran in the past appeared to be helping pull the wire around the rotor.
